Refunds and cancellation

Subscription refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or required or approved under Paddle's Refund Policy. We do not offer an additional unconditional money-back period. This does not limit statutory withdrawal rights or remedies for material product defects. Paddle may assess refund requests under its policy.

Canceling renewal

Cancel renewal through the Paddle billing portal accessible from Account → Subscription & billing or your payment receipt. Cancellation scheduled for period end prevents the next renewal and preserves access through the current paid period. It does not automatically refund the current month or year or provide a prorated refund for unused time.

Requesting a refund or reporting a charge

Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle buyer support. You can also email us with your account email, transaction reference, and reason for the request. Do not send full card details or security codes. Applicable request periods and eligibility are governed by law and Paddle's policy; contacting us does not guarantee approval.

Technical problems and payment errors

If a persistent technical issue prevents access to a purchased feature, contact us so we can investigate. For suspected duplicate or incorrect charges, provide the transaction references for review. If unresolved, contact Paddle. Relevant legal remedies and Paddle's policy continue to apply.

After cancellation or a refund

An approved refund may end the access associated with that payment under Paddle's policy. Your remaining access depends on valid paid entitlements. Ending a subscription does not automatically delete saved projects; view and delete access remains under our Terms of Service.

Mandatory consumer rights and applicable Paddle buyer protections take precedence over any inconsistent statement in this policy.
