Using IntersectionDesk

IntersectionDesk is operated by Li Liu, an individual based in China. Contact: service@intersectiondesk.com. These terms describe the use of our online traffic engineering software.

1. Service and accounts

The service supports intersection and connected road network design, signal and green wave planning, and performance analysis. Keep your sign-in information secure and provide accurate account details. Do not access another person's account, misuse the service, or upload material you are not entitled to use.

2. Plans and payments

The pricing page lists Plus and Pro features, monthly and annual prices, and saved intersection limits. When paid subscriptions are available, payments are handled by Paddle as merchant of record and are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Review the currency, applicable taxes, total charge, billing period, and renewal terms at checkout. Annual subscriptions are charged in full for the year.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Use the billing portal from Account → Subscription & billing, or the management link in your Paddle receipt, to manage payment details and renewal. Scheduled cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier charges; see our Refund Policy.

3. Saved intersections and access

Plus allows 99 saved intersections per account and does not include Vissim project export. Pro allows 299 and includes Vissim project export. All intersections saved across your projects count, including copies of registration examples. Editing an existing intersection does not use additional space. Green wave plan counts are not intersection counts.

When subscription access ends, saved projects remain available to view and delete, but creating, editing, saving changes, and Vissim export are unavailable. If a downgrade puts the account above its allowance, these restrictions apply to all projects until you delete enough intersections or projects to fit the active plan. Deleting data does not renew an expired subscription.

4. Your work and engineering responsibility

You retain rights to your own project content and authorize us to store and process it to provide the service. Saved projects are retained by default when a subscription ends; expiry does not automatically delete them. You can delete projects or contact us about your data. Keep independent copies of important source information.

Engineering outputs require professional review before use in real projects. Vissim export provides project files, not a Vissim license or cloud simulation service. You need your own compatible, licensed Vissim installation to run simulations.

5. Availability and changes

We may maintain and update the service. Contact us if a technical problem prevents use of purchased features. Material changes to subscription terms or prices will be communicated before they apply, subject to applicable requirements. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. For account, technical, or billing questions, email service@intersectiondesk.com.
